Recent Awards
In June 2004, and again in June 2009, "HearSay with Cathy Lewis" won the Virginia Association of Broadcasters Award for Best Radio Documentary or Public Affairs Show. In July 2004 "Port Folio Weekly" named Cathy the Best Radio Personality in Hampton Roads. In 2009, Cathy received an honorary doctorate from Virginia Wesleyan College, was inducted into the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame, and was honored with an L.D. Britt Community Service Award.
