2011 Virginia General Assembly Session Convenes
In the state of a sluggish economy, it appears budget issues will dominate the 2011 Regular Session of the Virginia General Assembly which is set to convene today in Richmond.  Daily Press political reporter and Shad Plank columnist Kimball Payne is covering all aspects of the session and will join us with a look at the issues before the legislators.  Dr. Bob Holsworth, founder and president of Virginia Tomorrow, a company that examines emerging trends in politics, society and business, will also join us for his take on the upcoming session.
