Seafood: From Sea to Shining Sea, Safe & Sustainable
We'll talk with HearSay's favorite foodie Patrick Evans-Hylton about a food industry that defines Hampton Roads, it's seafood. On Wednesday's HearSay, we'll take a look at what's done locally to keep our waters healthy to sustain the seafood industry here and we'll explore the various offerings at local restaurants and fish markets. We'll also broaden it out a bit to see what seafoods are imported and exported, as well as how we can know what's on the shelves is safe.
