First up in our monthly cooking program, HearSay host Cathy Lewis talks with our favorite foodie, Patrick Evans-Hylton and gets the latest dish on local restaurants and eateries with our popular "Flavor Profiles" segment.  We'll also talk with Nisa Burns, author of the new cookbook “Kitchenability 101: The College Student’s Guide to Easy, Delicious and Healthy Food." In conjunction with WHRO TV 15's September 30th premier of the hit BBC show, "Call the Midwife," host Cathy Lewis is joined by two modern day midwives; women who've dedicated themselves to ensuring that women have safe and healthy pregnancies and deliveries.  One of whom is based right here in Hampton Roads, the other joins us live from the Indonesian province of Bali, where she provides free neonatal care and birthing assistance for the island's poorest women.
