Last week, for the first time in over thirty years, a passenger train departed from Norfolk and HearSay host Cathy Lewis was along for the ride. On today’s HearSay, Cathy Lewis shares the details of her trip from Hampton Roads to Washington, D.C., and discusses the importance of high-speed rail to the Commonwealth’s economic development with some of the individuals who helped make it a reality ten months ahead of schedule.

As if Facebook's privacy policy wasn't complicated enough, it seems the social networking giant releases monthly revisions.  However this go around, they're asking users to vote on proposed changes and weigh in on abolishing the voting process all together.  Today on HearSay, Cathy Lewis will review the legitimacy of a Facebook polling process that requires 300 million responders for the results to be considered and discuss some useful guidelines to optimize the Facebook experience for the “over-50 set.”
