An Encore Career
There was a time when retirement was seen as the end of a successful career and the start of a new chapter in life filled with travel, leisure and personal discovery.  But now tens of millions of baby boomers are leaving retirement behind and setting out to make their mark, or a little extra cash, by starting an "encore career."  Today HearSay host Cathy Lewis is joined by former New York Times career columnist, Marcia Alboher, and two local ex-retirees to discuss the challenge and rewards facing older Americans as they reenter the job market.

Scheduled Guests:

Marci Alboher
- Former New York Times Career Columnist, Vice President of Encore.org
encore.org

Janice Johnson - Counselor, Specializing in Grief and Loss

A.J. Heinrich
- Groundskeeper, Steinhilber's
