Workplace Worries

Criticism, constructive or otherwise, is something we all deal with. In the workplace it most often comes in the form of a performance review; a tense face-off between supervisor and subordinate that can either spell "raise" or "ruin." New research shows that a majority of employees and employers can't stand them, and on today's HearSay we'll consider alternatives to the dreaded performance review and how you can use them to your advantage in the meantime. We'll also help you wrangle in one of your biggest sources of worry in the workplace: your overflowing email inbox.
