HearSay Delicious Dish: The Comfort Zone
Tuesday, Oct 27, 2015

The Oxford dictionary defines “comforts” as “things that contribute to physical ease and well-being.”  Many times when we think of comforts, we think of comfort foods—the dishes that keep us warm and cozy inside.  On this month’s HearSay Delicious Dish, autumn is the perfect time of year to cook-up comfort in the kitchen— beef stew, turkey casserole, apple pie, pumpkin soup, mac and cheese, chicken pot pie, and so much more.  Our favorite foodie, Chef Patrick Evans-Hylton joins us with a team of experts on helping you whip up the dishes that warm you up as the fall rolls in.
