Norfolk is home to the only NATO Command in North America and is the only permanent NATO headquarters outside of Europe. The Norfolk NATO Festival is the longest continuously running festival in the Hampton Roads region. Its mission is to recognize and promote the international influence of Norfolk's NATO Command.
