Have you heard about Virginia's "Future Caucus?" The newly-formed conference is a bipartisan effort among legislators under the age of 45. The Virginia chapter of the Future Caucus hopes to focus on millennial issues and is the 22nd state to join the movement created by the Millennial Action Project.
