Virginia's General Assembly passed a measure to abolish the death penalty, and the governor is expected to sign it. What is the legacy of capital punishment in our state? Cathy will discuss the issue with the people involved in this issue, and we want to hear from you. Then, we will talk about in-person learning options coming to Virginia students.
