First up, we dish out what's new in our monthly cooking program on HearSay as host Cathy Lewis talks with our favorite foodie Patrick Evans-Hylton and guests to gets the latest on local restaurants and eateries, plus new cookbooks on the shelves.

Chef Patrick Evans-Hylton
 - award-winning food journalist and James Beard Foundation media award judge based in Hampton Roads who has covered food and foodways through print, radio and television since 1995.  He is the author of several books, including Dishing Up Virginia.  He is the editor (expert) at About.com's Fish and Seafood Cooking site.

Segment D:  2014 Taste of Hampton Roads - 25th Anniversary
The FoodBank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore's "Taste of Hampton Roads" event is celebrating its 25th anniversary on March 4, 2014 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.  This after-work party provides funds for the Foodbank to purchase and distribute grocery products through nearly 400 Partner Agencies and Programs. Last year's sold-out event raised hundreds of thousands for meals for food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, Kids Cafes®, BackPack Programs, and Mobile Pantries throughout Southeastern Virginia and on the Eastern Shore.
