Join us for an update today on the latest with Hurricane Joaquin and the record-setting flooding in Hampton Roads.  Later in the hour, Old Dominion University is holding its 38th Annual Literary Festival this week.  We're joined by festival organizer Renee Olander and Irish poet Ted Deppe, whose latest work is Orpheus on the Red Line.  We will also speak with leaders ina the local arts community about the rise in "arts district" movements in Hampton Roads from NEON, VAMOCA, and PFAC. Our lines are open, and we invite you to let us know your thoughts by joining us live at 440-2665 or 1-800-940-2240.
