In Case of Emergency...
Virginia, and more specifically Hampton Roads, is so accustomed to severe weather that many residents don't even give the threat a second thought. However a less than glowing report on the Commonwealth's capacity to handle a large scale evacuation might give many Hampton Roads residents pause when making preparations for this year's hurricane season. On today's HearSay, we'll consider the report's findings, analyze the logistics of a large-scale evacuation, and discuss how local low-lying cities are preparing for the worst.
