Segment One: Richard Florida
Everywhere you look in Hampton Roads there's new development in the name of progress.  Joining us for the first-half of today's program, American urban studies theorist Richard Florida. He's the author of the global best-seller "The Rise of the Creative Class" and "Who's Your City?" We'll focus on the issues surrounding urban renewal and talent migration and also talk about his newest book, "The Great Reset" and how new ways of living and working will drive post-crash prosperity.


Segment Two: Downtown Norfolk Development
Joining us in our second-half hour of the program, Downtown Norfolk Civic League President Kevin Murphy.  From a community garden development to the future of Waterside, we'll talk about what community leaders are proposing in the heart of the Virginia waterfront.
